  6 months ago - They provided great customer service. Their staff member Ben would go out of his way to help. However, Ben has left and the service has gone downhill in a massive way. Over the last 3 weeks, I have left multiple messages - but they didn't care to respond. Not the right way to treat a good customer that has spent close to $3k on equipment and livestock. Really disappointed.

  If you get a chance to check the prices against the competition you will see what I mean, unless this new management has gone and done some recalculating? But I am going in tomorrow to get a new pump, and I remember how much the last one was, so if you have heard from me in 24hrs you know things have changed or I have had a horrific accident where I might have my fingers in splints and can't write? But Google has voice commands so unless the steering wheel whacked my jaw and my fingers are held together by steel rods I give these guys 5 out of 5. I thought i should put the last bit in in case I plainly forget.

  I've been here a few times now and the place is really good. Huge range to chose from, both fish and equipment, and the staff are helpful and fairly knowledgeable. This place can get busy at times and most people have questions they want staff to help with, so you may occasionally have to wait for service, but not all the time. I'll be going back
